Market Leader Announces New Takeover

Adler and Allan, one of the UK's leading oil and environmental service groups is delighted to announce the acquisition of Fuel Installation Services Limited.

Fuel Installation Services is based in St Albans and will merge with the Adler and Allan Tank Services Division. Colin Mitchell will take managerial charge of the new operation having formerly headed up the company.

Mark Calvert, Managing Director at Adler and Allan, firmly believes the takeover will further enhance the company's strength across the UK.

Established in 1989, Fuel Installation Services specialises in highly skilled servicing, design and installation of equipment and systems to store and dispense fuels and lubricants and has a superb record for achieving customer goals.

With the major changes resulting from the Control of Pollution (Oil Storage) Regulations 2001, the company is recognised as one of the most experienced in the storage and management of petroleum based products.
