Spirit Capital Partners

The private equity team that invested in Adler & Allan in the summer of 2007 have themselves completed a buy out of their business from Aberdeen Asset Management PLC to form Spirit capital Partners.

Spirit will manage around £100 million of funds on behalf of their investors from offices in Leeds and London. Colin Stirling who led the investment in Adler & Allan, and who is a partner in Spirit said, 'Adler & Allan remains a very attractive investment and we are delighted with the progress made to date.
