Adler & Allan were nominated for The Resilience Award at the inaugural Flood Expo Flood awards. The Resilience Award recognises the company providing the very best product or service designed to help its user resist flooding, minimising or totally eradicating the damage caused by flooding.
A&A were one of five companies chosen by the organisers of the Flood Expo to enter the awards category they saw best fit for their product/service – in this case the 24/7 Emergency Flood Response service was entered due to the tremendous work that was carried out in the aftermath of storms Desmond and Eva.
Each exhibitor was given 2 minutes to pitch their product/service to a group of independent judges from prestigious firms. Following these pitches, the judges were given the opportunity to deliberate, where it was decided between them that Aquaread Ltd. would be awarded the winner. A&A, along with the additional 4 exhibitors, were all awarded as finalists.
Well done to John Attridge and Chris Wood for delivering the pitch! Let’s hope the winning award has A&A’s name on it next year!
