Latest Acquisition for Adler and Allan

Part of Adler and Allan’s strategic plan is to acquire businesses which enhance our geographic coverage and broaden our specialist services. The latest addition to the Group certainly ticks this box.

Our existing fuel distribution operations in Stratford, Peterborough and Birmingham have been enhanced by the acquisition of Meridian and Nexus Petroleum. Run by Gary Hickey and his team, the company not only distributes fuel in the south east, but also supplies fuel uplift and tankering services right across the UK. In addition, it has provided us with an oil depot in Watford which increases the Group’s storage capability. Another key asset are the PETREG tankers which are capable of product uplifts and long distance fuel movements.
