Regular storage tank inspections are essential to minimise the risk of tank failure, fuel contamination and potentially lethal leakage.

We carry out tank inspections to EEMUA159 Level 2. Our highly skilled tank welders can repair or replace sections of leaking tanks to bring them back into service, or upgrade them to comply with current regulations.

Regular visual inspection is complemented by the use of advanced technology – some of it proprietary - to test tanks and pipes. We use high-pressure tests for leaks, and ultrasonic testing to establish the thickness and integrity of steel tanks. We also inspect welds and repairs and test them with magnetic dye penetrants.
