COVID-19 Customer update – November 2020
Following the latest Government announcement that England will enter a month-long lockdown from Thursday 5th November, we want to reassure customers that, in line with government rules, we have been defined as key workers and are continuing to work and support you, offering our full range of critical services.
Many of our customers support national infrastructure projects, keeping the lights on and helping the country and the NHS operate effectively. We also are on hand 24/7 365 to respond to emergencies.
As the pandemic evolves, our business has adapted and will continue to do so, following health guidelines at all times. In every job we do, we are focused on the safety and wellbeing of our colleagues and customers. Before attending site, we identify all the necessary safety measures and adhere to these always.
