This minimises the impact of an emergency incident on your environment and operations.

Every minute counts!

Speed is critical in the golden hour following an environmental incident. Don’t let onboarding issues and lack of site knowledge slow down our response.

With Response Plus our trained incident commanders will be prioritised to you 24/7 – 365.

Response preparedness audit

Spills will only pose a risk to people and the environment if there is a source, pathway, and receptor present.

As a Response Plus customer our experts will visit your site to perform a Response Preparedness Audit. We will identify any risks, work out the best access points, understand your site layout, and identify pollutant linkages.

Prioritised response

Speed of response is vital to reduce its impact on the environment, your business, and your reputation. With a Response Plus contract you get a prioritised, immediate, SLA-based response, with no call-out fees.

Because we know your site, how to access it, and which equipment we need, there’s no lengthy discussion or onboarding required - we respond quickly, with zero delays.

Discounted planning and training

Though your individual point of contact you can arrange additional spill response planning and training to ensure your teams are prepared and can provide first response in the event of an environmental incident before our teams arrive.
