Adler & Allan Group Company, E&S Environmental Services, has expanded its M&E offering through the acquisition of Worcester Electrical Services (WES). WES specialise in all areas of electrical installations, engineering, maintenance and design. As NICEIC approved electrical contractors, the main bulk of their work is carried out in hazardous environments, such as petrol forecourts. WES also carry out all aspects of industrial, commercial and domestic electrical installation.

E&S delivers a broad range of environmental and industrial services. Recent growth has concentrated on asset resilience and planned preventative maintenance contracts involving mechanical and electrical tasks, making WES an ideal fit for the A&A Group.

Nobby Clarke, Chairman of E&S, said: “We have known Paul and his team at WES for many years and they are well regarded for their excellent customer service and skills, particularly working in hazardous areas such as on forecourts. Incorporating them into the business completes our service offering so now we have construction (AJ Bayliss), mechanical and environmental (E&S) and electrical (WES) all in the same Group. This will deliver considerable benefits for customers looking for turnkey project solutions.”

Paul Williams, Managing Director of WES, said “I am delighted to see the company that we have built up over the last 20 years joining forces with E&S to provide a truly integrated mechanical and electrical solution to customers. The team at WES already know the A&A Group well working with them on projects at RAF Brize Norton and in the Falklands. It is an excellent fit bringing together very complementary skills and I am sure together we can continue to grow and expand.”
