Published: 9 June 2025

Today, specialist utilities infrastructure company, Public Sewer Services, part of the Adler & Allan Group, has announced it is rebranding to PSS Utilities.

The change in name reflects the evolution of PSS Utilities’ expertise to serve more of the customers in the utilities industry with a broader range of services.

Managing Director, Lee Freeman, said: “We are excited to announce the next evolution in our history as we evolve our brand to serve a broader set of customers in wastewater, freshwater, and gas.

“The acquisition by Goldman Sachs-backed ESG services provider Adler & Allan last year has been instrumental in our ability to undertake this rebrand exercise which will allow us to tackle more of our customers biggest environmental challenges of the 21st century.

“As part of our innovative and entrepreneurial way of working, we are expanding our solutions to solve more of our customers' problems. While we expand our service offering, our core values and a commitment to excellence remain at the heart of everything we do, and our customers will continue to experience the same great service.”

PSS Utilities has been providing an in-house, one-stop solution for all aspects of water and drainage including specialist drain lining, traditional open-cut excavation, tankering, CCTV, blockage clearance and root cutting for over 25 years.

Having invested heavily in innovative no-dig technology sourced from around the world, its experienced team can complete patch repairs, structural pipe lining, pipe bursting, impact moling, pitch fibre reforming and directional drilling into a range of underground utilities.
