Adler and Allan achieves RISQS verification to supply services to rail sector
Published: 13 July 2022
Adler and Allan, a UK leading specialist environmental rail sector contractor, has achieved its RISQS verification following its recent supplier audit. The Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme (RISQS) provides comprehensive supplier assurance for the UK rail sector and its operators such as Network Rail and Transport for London.
Buyers of products and services throughout the UK rail industry use RISQS as its supplier qualification service and Adler and Allan achieved its verification after a comprehensive audit of its practices and procedures as part of the regime that has raised health and safety standards for working on the rail network.
The audit means Adler and Allan has been verified to supply services across a number of RICCL categories including emergency response, fuel, tanks, drainage, electrical, environmental consultancy and waste.
Matt Tolan, Sector Lead for rail at Adler and Allan, said:
“RISQS is a leading industry scheme that enables us to be publicly and independently recognised and qualified to work for the railway sector.
“For our clients, effective, efficient supplier assurance is more important than ever to reduce uncertainty and risks in planned and emergency works, and we are therefore delighted to maintain our verified supplier status which is testament to the expertise and experience of our nationwide teams.”
