Published: 18 March 2026
Adler & Allan, the UK’s leading environmental risk reduction specialist, has published its ESG in Action Report 2025, highlighting a year of tangible progress as the business moved from ESG planning into delivery.
The report outlines how Adler & Allan has embedded environmental, social and governance considerations more deeply into day-to-day operations, decision-making and long-term strategy.
Key achievements during the reporting period include:
- A 15% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions intensity compared to the 2023 baseline
- Rapid progress in fleet decarbonisation, with 43% of company cars now electric
- Continued advancement towards a circular economy through product redesign, refurbishment, and increased recycled content

Henrik Pedersen, Chief Executive Officer of Adler & Allan, said:
“This year marked a turning point for us. ESG is no longer something we talk about separately; it’s increasingly shaping how we operate, invest and innovate as a business.
"We’ve made real progress on reducing our carbon intensity, designing products that last longer, and supporting our people to work safely, inclusively and with purpose. There is more to do, but the direction is clear and the momentum is real.”
Alongside climate action, the report details continued improvements in health and safety performance (with targeted interventions helping to reduce incidents) and sustained investment in employee engagement, leadership development, and inclusion.

Environmental performance across operations also strengthened, with 98.5% of waste recycled or recovered, zero major non-conformances across ISO 14001 audits, and early groundwork laid for a Group-wide biodiversity strategy informed by in-house ecological expertise.
Looking ahead, Adler & Allan plans to build on this progress by launching a longer-term decarbonisation roadmap, further integrating ESG into strategic and financial decision-making, and strengthening collaboration with suppliers to raise sustainability standards across its value chain.
The ESG in Action Report 2025 covers the period from 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2025 and has been prepared in line with the GRI Standards.
