Adler & Allan acquire Thomson Environmental Consultants and Atmos Consulting

Adler & Allan, the Goldman Sachs-backed environmental services provider, has acquired the specialist consultancies, Thomson Environmental Consultants and Atmos Consulting from Mornington Partners. With market-leading reputations for enabling sustainable development, protecting the environment, and helping clients achieve their business goals, the acquisition of both companies represents a significant enhancement to Adler & Allan’s ‘green collar’ consulting capabilities.
