Adler & Allan shortlisted for three British Diversity Awards
Published: 19 January 2026
We are proud to announce that we have been shortlisted for three categories at the prestigious British Diversity Awards, recognising our ongoing commitment to build and maintain supportive and inclusive workplaces across Adler & Allan.

Outstanding Employee Network of the Year
Ex-forces network
As result of Ryan Stockwell’s excellent work to develop and expand our ex-forces network, we feel immensely privileged to employ over 150 veterans and reservists (around 7% of our workforce). Veterans bring a diverse range of capabilities along with high levels of leadership and resilience that benefit colleagues and customers alike.
From achieving the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Gold award, to hosting insight days and Armed Forces events, this network not only enhances our business but also offers meaningful opportunities for veterans and reservists to apply their valuable experience in a commercial setting.
Outstanding Women’s Network of the Year
Women Making Waves
Women Making Waves encourages involvement, improves awareness, and builds greater understanding. This network is driving real change through three key initiatives:
- Menopause and menstruation advocacy
- Caregiver support for 107 working carers
- Personal development in 2026
Diversity Champion of the Year
Jen Patterson
Jen Patterson has led our menopause and menstruation initiative with passion and purpose, creating a bold three-year strategy to improve and enhance awareness and provide practical support. Her work has delivered training, resources, and cultural change that empowers women and inspires inclusion across Adler & Allan.

Why this matters
These nominations celebrate the incredible efforts of our people and networks. We’re proud of the progress we’ve made, and even more excited about what’s to come.
